What is Zhongyou?
Zhongyou connects creators with projects. The official creator platform offers tasks such as game trials, content creation and social-media promotion; completed and approved tasks may earn the cash and points rewards specified by the task. This prototype also presents community inspiration, AI creation tools and business collaboration workflows.
Who is Zhongyou for?
Creators can find inspiration, use AI tools and join activities. Game companies and project teams can prepare briefs, find creators and follow their collaborations.
Where should I start?
To create, enter the creator platform and start with the community, assets or a template. To launch a collaboration, enter the business platform and prepare a brief.
Are the featured works, creators and data real case studies?
This page is a product prototype. Game visuals, recommended creators, activities and project data demonstrate the product experience. They do not represent actual partnerships, earnings or completed marketing results.
Can I start without experience in AI creation?
Start by describing your idea in plain language, such as “I want to make a 15-second story about a new character.” The Agent helps organize the direction, story structure and next steps. You can then add details, choose visuals and refine your work.
What are the Agent, AIGC tools and whiteboard for?
The Agent helps clarify direction, break down tasks and connect steps through conversation. AIGC tools help explore and generate content. The whiteboard organizes references, storyboards, assets and feedback. Use the tools that fit your creative process.
Can I use community assets and templates commercially?
Check the license for each asset or template. Being available to view or download does not automatically grant commercial rights. Game IP, characters, music and other third-party content may require separate permission.
Will a template limit my creativity?
A template can provide a storyboard structure, shot prompts and an asset checklist to help you get started. You can still adapt the characters, story and visual style to make the work your own.
How do I join a co-creation activity?
Read the activity brief to understand the theme, content format, deliverables and schedule, then apply or submit work according to its rules. Before submitting, check that your files, creative notes and asset sources are complete.
How can creators earn rewards?
Co-creation activities can offer selection awards, showcases and future collaboration opportunities. Selection, reward amounts, eligibility and payment schedules depend on the published rules for each activity.
How is submitted work evaluated?
Follow the published criteria, which may include understanding of the game and characters, storytelling, originality and execution. Review methods and feedback arrangements vary by activity; check its details.
Who owns my content, and how may the partner or platform use it?
Ownership in a partner collaboration is governed by the task requirements and agreement. The official help center explains that the standard electronic agreement authorizes reasonable use of published content, including likeness, image and voice, to promote the platform, and allows storage, display, distribution and promotion for agreement fulfillment and platform operations. Read the electronic agreement and task terms before signing. Clarify special terms such as copyright buyouts or perpetual licenses, and reflect them in the quote. If a partner exceeds the agreed scope, contact them to resolve it.
What should a business prepare before starting a collaboration?
Prepare the game and character background, target audience, marketing objectives, creative direction, deliverables, schedule and budget. The Agent can help structure a brief; the business then confirms the key requirements and creative boundaries.
How does smart creator selection work?
It extracts goals and delivery requirements from the brief, identifies relevant creative fields, compares game-domain experience, previous work and project performance, then proposes a shortlist with reasons. Businesses can review portfolios and make the final decision.
What do the recommendation explanations show?
They explain how a creator’s strengths fit the brief: for example, whether character storytelling fits a narrative short, the visual style matches the game world, or gameplay content supports the campaign. The emphasis is on concrete reasons, not only a match score.
What project data can a business review?
Businesses can follow delivery progress through submission, review and revision statuses, and view content-performance data from connected sources. Available metrics depend on the integrations. Figures in the prototype are illustrative.
What if a partner does not confirm completion or settlement after I deliver?
Contact platform support and prepare: (1) all deliverables required by the brief; (2) messages showing the partner accepted the content or raised no objections; (3) dashboard screenshots demonstrating agreed performance targets; and (4) timestamps proving on-time delivery.
What invoice is required for a business withdrawal?
Provide a valid standard or special VAT invoice. The invoice title must exactly match your linked business account name, the tax identification number must be correct, and the invoice amount must be at least the withdrawal amount. The service description is usually “information technology services” or “promotion services,” subject to the withdrawal requirements.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
For business withdrawals, common reasons include an incorrect invoice title, an invoice amount that does not match the withdrawal, or an unreadable invoice. For personal withdrawals, the bank details may be incorrect or the card may be restricted. The funds are automatically returned to your wallet balance; correct the details according to the rejection reason and apply again.
How is tax withheld on personal withdrawals?
The platform withholds and prepays individual income tax under the applicable Chinese rules for remuneration from personal services. Check each bill or withdrawal record for the calculation details. After the tax year ends, you can complete annual reconciliation in China’s Individual Income Tax app. See the Zhongyou Personal Earnings Tax Withholding Guide for details.
Why do I need to pay tax?
Paying individual income tax is a legal requirement. Income from a commercial assignment is not exempt simply because tax was not withheld. Undeclared income may require additional tax payments during annual reconciliation and may raise tax-compliance concerns.
Do I have to provide source files such as PSDs or raw video?
Providing source files is an additional requirement governed by the task terms or agreement between the parties. The help center states that the platform’s standard electronic contract requires final deliverables, not source project files by default. If source files are required, record this in additional clauses or task terms, or agree on a specific use such as internal archiving or minor edits.
What if a partner cancels a commercial assignment after I prepare a script or demo?
The official help center describes a good-faith deposit of 20% of the contract total as protection before a commercial assignment is signed. It states that 20% of the contract total remains payable to the creator if the partner cancels. Check how this provision applies in your signed agreement and the latest platform rules.
What if delayed partner feedback affects my schedule?
The help center gives this standard reference timeline: after delivery, the partner should provide initial feedback within 48 hours; revision feedback should conclude within 7 days in total; overdue feedback results in automatic approval. Check the applicable task agreement and current platform rules.
How do I withdraw to a business account?
1. Add a business account under Wallet → Account management.
2. Verify the account: the system sends a small random deposit, such as CNY 0.28; check your bank statement and enter the amount.
3. Apply for a withdrawal and upload a VAT invoice for the same amount.
4. Payment is arranged after the finance team approves the invoice.
Can the platform affect my content reach, and what happens if reach is restricted?
The help center states that Zhongyou does not intervene in traffic distribution on social platforms and has no technical means to do so. To investigate restricted reach, compare other posts from the same period, check for platform-sensitive wording and compare similar content. Discuss any remedy with the partner; editing and reposting require their agreement. The help center also states that such restrictions do not affect task completion rate or credit score. Apply the relevant task terms and current rules.
How is my personal account information protected?
The help center states that private information such as verified identity and bank-card details cannot be viewed by partners or other users. It also states that the platform signs an information confidentiality agreement with you and protects your personal information. Refer to the privacy policy and signed agreement for the applicable scope.
What if a partner asks to move the transaction off-platform?
You can decline off-platform transaction requests and ask to keep the collaboration on the platform. The official help center recommends using the platform’s transaction safeguards to protect both parties.
How does smart matching work, and how can I improve my profile?
The help center lists these matching dimensions, with weights that may change: accurate profile tags (20%), past task performance (25%), content quality (20%), audience fit (15%), competitive pricing (10%), account activity (5%) and partner preferences (5%). Improve your precise content and game tags, maintain reliable delivery, publish strong work, update audience data, price reasonably and build relevant case studies. These factors are guidance, not a guarantee of selection.
Does the platform take a commission?
The current official help center states that the platform does not take a commission. Withdrawals may involve individual income tax withholding or business invoicing taxes. Personal-service income tax is withheld under applicable Chinese rules, with details available in the bill or withdrawal record and annual reconciliation through China’s Individual Income Tax app. Refer to the current agreement and published rules.
How do I report a bug?
Contact platform support to report the issue.
What if my question is not listed?
The help center says that your signed Electronic Cooperation Agreement and the latest platform announcements take precedence. Contact online support for operational guidance or questions about contracts and copyright. Growth-tier creators and above may also access account-development and assignment-strategy guidance. Suggestions can be submitted through platform feedback; any reward for an adopted suggestion follows the platform’s rules. Keep communications, transactions and signing on-platform to retain the applicable protections.
Can I cancel my application or leave a task?
You may cancel an application before both parties confirm and before you enter the task. Once accepted, if exceptional circumstances prevent completion, use Add community on the task details page and contact the group administrator before the deadline. Unexplained withdrawal or repeated non-completion may affect your credit score and future assignments.
Why is an electronic agreement required before taking an assignment?
The help center gives three reasons: tax compliance through verified reporting of personal-service income; a legally effective agreement clarifying rights and payment; and identity protection using checks such as facial verification to prevent misuse of your identity.
How many withdrawal accounts can I link?
Under the help center’s current risk-control rules, each platform account can link one personal bank-card or Alipay account and one corporate bank account. To replace an account, unlink it in Security Center and complete security verification again.
What if I do not receive the SMS verification code?
Check whether your phone blocks messages from unknown senders. If the message does not arrive, wait 60 seconds and select Resend. If the issue continues, contact online support in the top navigation of the creator platform.
What is the difference between commercial tasks and ecosystem tasks?
Commercial tasks are usually published by partners and have account eligibility requirements. The listed commercial rate may be adjusted based on your account when your application is approved; you must accept the revised rate before proceeding. Ecosystem tasks help creators keep their accounts active and build experience, usually with lower entry requirements and less complex price negotiation.
How can I improve my chances of being accepted for a task?
Read the task requirements before applying. Check that your account meets the follower-count, content-category and average-like requirements, and complete your profile. For commercial assignments, a clear portfolio helps partners assess your work.
How long does an application review take?
The official help center says applications are normally reviewed within 1–3 business days. Results are sent through the platform’s WeChat official account and in-platform messages; check your notifications.
Can I charge more if a partner expands the scope or changes the brief?
Yes, if both parties agree. The help center gives non-binding pricing examples: small copy or image changes may need no adjustment; moderate changes, such as more than three revision rounds or over 30% additional duration, may add 10–30%; a complete change of direction may require a new quote, adding 40–60%. Keep a written record of every change and agree on price before doing the additional work.
Why was my work or submission evidence rejected?
Common reasons include unclear screenshots, incorrect tags, publishing that does not follow the requirements, expired links or content that does not meet the brief. Check the revision feedback on the task details page, make the changes and upload again before the deadline. The official help center states that missing the deadline results in task failure.
How long must published work stay online?
Follow the retention period stated in the task requirements. The help center gives examples of at least 30 days, with typical periods ranging from one to six months. The platform or partner may check after settlement; deleting work early may affect settlement or lead to recovery of payments.
What should I do about unreasonable requirements or a dispute?
Use Add community on the task details page to speak with the publisher or group administrator first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact platform support and prepare evidence such as chat records and screenshots of the task requirements.
What if I disagree with the settlement amount?
After a completed task generates a bill, the help center provides a 72-hour confirmation period. Select Submit an appeal on the bill page and provide evidence if you dispute the amount. Support will review it. If you take no action within that period, the system treats the bill as accepted and settles it automatically.
Why do the views used for settlement differ from my own dashboard?
Settlement uses the figures in your last uploaded data screenshot or the task’s final-day figures. Views gained after that cutoff are not included in settlement.
How do engagement or CPM guarantees affect settlement?
Read the agreed settlement terms before accepting the task. The help center describes basic performance guarantees, tiered payouts based on achievement, and penalty clauses for missed targets. If a dispute arises because of product or market factors, the platform may review communications, comparable content performance and industry benchmarks, then coordinate discussions when the cause was outside the creator’s control. This does not automatically waive an agreed performance condition.
Why is the final agreed price different from my listed rate?
The help center explains that the final price reflects smart valuation, the partner’s budget and competing quotes. Valuation considers follower count, engagement, content quality and past rates. Complete your profile and platform verification to show relevant data. For priority collaborations, you may ask for a fixed-price arrangement.
How long do withdrawals take?
The help center says personal withdrawals usually arrive within 24 hours after approval. Business withdrawals usually take 1–3 business days because of invoice review and bank processing. These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed arrival times.
What can I discover in the community?
Explore work for game themes, visual styles and storytelling ideas, as well as assets, templates and co-creation activities. Choose references that suit your direction, then check asset licenses and activity requirements.
How can I turn a work I like into my own inspiration?
Identify what interests you: character relationships, shot rhythm, color or storytelling. Rebuild the idea around your own setting. Learning from a method can help you start; copying someone else’s visuals, text or assets requires permission.
How can community feedback help my work?
When asking for feedback, share your goal, current version and specific concerns. When responding, offer actionable suggestions about composition, storytelling, shots or technical details. Respect the creator’s intent and avoid vague judgments.
What should I avoid sharing publicly in the community?
Avoid publishing unreleased briefs, confidential partner assets, account or payment information, and other people’s work without permission. Before sharing your process, check collaboration terms and asset permissions, and remove sensitive information where needed.
What should I include in my first prompt?
Describe the subject, setting, action, visual style and intended output. For a game short, add camera movement, duration or aspect ratio where supported. Starting with one clear scene makes refinement easier than combining too many ideas at once.
How do I improve an AI result that misses my idea?
Identify whether the mismatch is in the character, composition, style or action, then change one or two key conditions at a time. Add specific descriptions or licensed reference images, and compare versions you like. Generated results still need human selection and refinement.
How do I keep characters and style consistent across shots?
Define the character, clothing, key colors and style before generating each shot. Use licensed reference assets if the selected tool supports them. Check character details, lighting and continuity afterward; consistency is not guaranteed across every generation.
Can AI-generated content be used commercially?
Check the tool or model terms, rights to your input assets, and any third-party game IP, characters, trademarks, music or other rights in the output. AI generation does not automatically grant commercial rights. Work for an assignment must also meet its agreed terms.
What should I check before publishing AI-generated work?
Review visual defects, text errors, character details, shot continuity and audio synchronization. Confirm asset rights and task requirements. Follow the publication channel’s rules for disclosing or labeling AI-generated content.
